Julie McLeod graduated from Kean University with her Masters in Counselor Education. She earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University. Her training and experience with adolescents and adults has taught her that people want to find purpose and meaning in their lives, especially during the difficult times, but may lack the insight and ability to do it alone. Using solution-focused therapies while searching for and helping them discover their strengths, she is able to help guide clients to a fuller, more satisfying and productive life, using their strengths. Whether it be depression, anxiety, loss/grief, life changes, spiritual issues and/or relationship difficulties (family, work, school), individual counseling can open up pathways to hope and healing.
